As I explore more and understand the context and workings of an ARP, it is becoming clear to me that I am actually using a web of interconnected methods. This has been a really important process for me, in naming and identifying things that I do in non formal and intuitive ways.
The methods I have dientified are as follows:

A multi pronged approach:

•Focus group

•Auto Ethnographic

•Naturalistic observation

•Activist

Although it might not be the intended mode to work intuitively and then surface what it is you are doing, it seems to have worked for me and my brain. I found this resource via the workshop slides to be very helpful:
